The Company’s basic policy is to engage in constructive dialogue with shareholders. This includes providing appropriate information in a timely manner regarding management policies and initiatives targeting sustainable growth and medium-to-long-term enhancement of corporate value, conducting easy-to-understand explanations on an ongoing basis, and ensuring that shareholder feedback is reported to and reflected by management.

IR Activities

Our website features a dedicated section that conveniently brings together presentation materials and other company information for individual investors.

We hold presentations regularly for analysts and institutional investors to explain our financial results. Videos of such presentations are posted on our website. We also conduct presentations on management plans, small meetings for institutional investors and office tours on a flexible basis.

We conduct numerous one-on-one meetings with overseas investors each year to explain company strategies and other matters on an ad hoc basis, and to exchange opinions. We also participate in numerous conferences held by securities companies for overseas investors, and conduct one-on-one meetings.
