We provide training to help employees acquire the business stance and fundamental skills required at each career stage, and have systems in place to maximize their growth.
Details of Initiatives
In the Link and Motivation Group, new employees receive real-world training throughout the Group for 1 to 3 months after entering the company (the training period varies by company). Through this training, they acquire a business stance and fundamental skills while gaining practical experience in delivering orders to customers as well as engaging in activities such as sales and recruiting.
Training is conducted for employees in their first year. This training is an opportunity for employees to reflect on the year in order to maximize their growth. After receiving a message from their supervisor about expectations and presentations from senior colleagues, participants verbalize their insights and personal challenges. Each person within the group can exchange feedback and engage in self-reflection informed by the objective opinions they receive.
We provide training in logical thinking to second-year employees, leadership training to third-year employees, and career training to fourth-year employees. All of these types of training are also services of Link and Motivation Inc.
Each first-year employee has a more senior employee in their department assigned to support their growth through one-on-one meetings and to provide feedback on daily reports, primarily during the training period.
