Details of Initiatives
For newly promoted employees, we provide training on the required perspectives of leaders according to class, and training on the perspectives required of the next managers.
Top Gun Selection, a selective training program based on job level, is conducted annually. All participants also take part in survey feedback training with Group Representative Mr. Ozasa, where they talk with each other about the Group’s future and their own careers, and give presentations to senior management on topics such as “Creating a plan for achieving our three-year goals.”
