New Manager Training:
Learning the Perspectives Required of a Manager

We conduct training aimed at providing newly promoted managers with the perspectives required of manager. After the training, participants join Group Representative Mr. Ozasa for a meal. This serves as an opportunity for direct communication, where they can ask him questions, and hear his expectations for them.

Management Personnel Development:
Understanding Group Management with a Level-Based Selective Program

Top Gun Selection, a selective training program based on job level, is conducted annually. All participants also take part in survey feedback training with Group Representative Mr. Ozasa, where they talk with each other about the Group’s future and their own careers, and give presentations to senior management on topics such as “Creating a plan for capital market adaptation.”
