360-Degree Evaluation Survey Training:
Understanding Survey Results Through Diagonal Relationships

Employees analyze their own survey results using Motivation Cloud Role Development, one of our services, and exchange advice from diverse perspectives with members in other departments and advisors. They use this experience to clarify their own strengths and growth challenges, and create a growth plan.

Hands-On Training:
Proactively Learning While Having Fun

This training promotes proactive participation with an “edutainment” format that makes learning fun, and a format utilizing group dynamics encourages participants to come to realizations themselves, rather than a one-way transfer of information from instructors to trainees. The training includes a diverse range of activities, such as assembling a robot and using optical-illusion drawings.

Internal Study Sessions:
Improving Practical Skills with Our Unique Core Technology

This training is provided to help participants understand Motivation Engineering, our core technology, and apply it in their daily work. Senior executives also participate as speakers, with the audience and content adjusted as needed. The training has been conducted multiple times, and each time the satisfaction score has been at least 4.5 out of 5.

Internal Proposal Program:
Employees Taking Ownership and Embracing Challenges

In this program, employees propose plans related to business activities. They are able to choose themes and make proposals regarding product development and technology development, recruiting and training, or businesses and organizations. Gold, Silver and Bronze awards are given to the best proposals, and many of the award-winning plans have actually been implemented.

Compliance Training:
Fostering the Compliance Awareness of All Employees

All employees receive training on harassment prevention and take a compliance test. The knowledge is reinforced by watching videos, responding to questionnaires, and through other means.

Career Development Support System:
Helping Each Individual to Independently Build Their Career

Each employee creates a management plan for their own i-Company and submits it to their company. A specialized worksheet linked to the individual’s characteristics is provided to support them in creating their plans, and career interviews are conducted after submission of the plans. By linking the company’s planned direction with what the individual wants to do, we can create a clear path for growth, and the submission rate exceeds 95% in a typical year.

DX Promotion Measures:
Accelerating Group-wide Productivity Improvement

Starting in 2025, we are promoting Group-wide digital transformation (DX) and have established a dedicated position responsible for improving productivity through the use of digital technology in each organization. We are implementing various measures, including generative AI training provided by Link Academy to all employees, and organizing meetings for sharing case studies of AI utilization. We monitor AI utilization by job level, and the percentage of employees taking part in the initiative is increasing rapidly.

BRIDGE Aptitude Test:
Gaining a Relative Understanding of Yourself Through Self-Assessment

Once a year, we conduct a survey for employees to gain an understanding of themselves based on a self-assessment. BRIDGE is a proprietary survey that enables people to learn what their portable skills (skills that are needed in any industry) are, as well as their motivation type with respect to actions and work. This information is useful in their own career, in management, and in daily communication.
