Approach
Developing an i-Company
We emphasize independent career development, and uphold the idea that each employee should cultivate a perspective of being the manager of their own “i-Company.” Based on our belief that reexamining oneself from the diverse perspectives of customers, partners and competitors will lead to proactive career development, we provide various opportunities for employees to build foundational skills as working adults through LM College, an institution for developing our human resources. Since 2021, we have been focusing on developing the human resources who can support the Company’s expansion now, when it is in the growth stage, including starting a program to develop the next generation of managerial talent.

In addition to measures for all employees, we also implement many level-specific measures to empower each individual to cultivate their own i-Company.
