We recruit human resources who possess the skills the Group requires and who resonate with our mission. We provide individualized support for each candidate throughout the recruitment process, from initial application to the job offer stage. We also utilize proprietary tools to assess the “mutual fit” between the company and each applicant, employing a PDCA cycle to continually refine our recruitment process.
Details of Initiatives
The Link and Motivation Group has introduced an Entry Manager System in which each university student who has been selected as a prospective new employee is assigned to a current employee who manages the process from job offer to employment. With the mission of helping new employees succeed after joining the Group, we provide a variety of individualized support in areas including understanding the Group, self-analysis and growth.
We use Link and Motivation’s Entry Management Survey, which measures candidates’ expectations and satisfaction regarding the recruitment process. Our goal is to produce consistently high scores in both expectations and satisfaction, particularly in alignment with our philosophy. Based on the results, we develop data-driven recruitment strategies that minimize mismatches. As a result, many Group companies have been evaluated as “INTER LINK,” showing high levels of both expectation and satisfaction in the area of “philosophy and strategies.”
