Q&A Session with Group Representative:
A Chance for Over 100 Prospective Employees to Ask Questions Directly to Senior Management

Each year, we hold an online Q&A session for prospective employees, providing the over 100 participants with the opportunity to ask questions directly to Group Representative Mr. Ozasa. This open dialogue enables candidates to gain a deeper understanding of the Company, its future vision and its work approach.

Recommended Reading Roundtable:
Gaining Insight into the Books That Form the Foundation of the Link and Motivation Group’s Values

Books that form the foundation of the Group’s shared values, such as philosophical works, are recommended to employees. From among these, several titles are presented as optional reading for prospective employees, who then gather to exchange opinions and insights in roundtable discussions.

Prospective Employee Social Gathering:
Building Connections in Person

To encourage interaction among prospective employees and help them experience our corporate culture, we host an in-person social event where all future colleagues can come together. Through recreational activities and messages from the recruitment team, the event fosters excitement and anticipation for joining the Company.

Participation in Group General Meeting:
Experiencing the Company Atmosphere and Meeting Inspiring Senior Employees

Prospective employees are invited to participate in the Group General Meeting, where all employees gather. Through experiences such as awards ceremonies and messages from the Group Representative, participants gain firsthand insight into our culture, the characteristics of our people, and our strategies for the future.

HR Interview:
Conveying Individual Expectations Before Joining

Before onboarding, HR conducts individual interviews to share information about organizational structures and potential placements, while communicating specific expectations for each person. This ensures a shared understanding of what to expect and how each person can contribute after joining.
