Practical Organizational Transformation Program:
Tackling Real Organizational Challenges Through the RiSE and SPiRAL Programs
■ RiSE
A five-day (residential) program where participants tackle real-world client challenges. Much like a real consulting project, participants engage in corporate information analysis, organizational survey assessments, and employee interviews before presenting their final proposal directly to the client on the last day.
■ SPiRAL
A two-day program offering a hands-on experience in organizational transformation consulting. Using real client case studies, participants identify issues, develop solutions through group work, and ultimately present their consulting plans. Each year, over 300 students take part.
Practical Social Transformation Program:
Designing Social Change at the Highest Level Through the UNiTE Program
In this three-day program, participants learn and cultivate the skills required of leaders who drive solutions to social challenges in an era marked by uncertainty. Through ideation, issue identification and transformation plan development, participants ultimately present their proposals to leaders.
