Recruitment creates a company’s future five to ten years ahead

Common wisdom in Japan says that “sales capabilities determine a company’s future one year ahead, corporate product development capabilities determine its future three to five years ahead and the quality of the new university graduates a company hires determines its future five to ten years ahead.” We view recruitment as a key driver of business strategy and a crucial step in realizing our mission. Among our initiatives for recruiting, training, systems, and corporate culture, we make the greatest investment in recruitment. Since our second year of founding, we have continued to invest steadily in recruiting new graduates, even during challenging times. Recruitment activities also play a vital role in boosting employee motivation. Through dialogue between applicants and recruiters, both sides inspire and energize each other, creating a positive cycle that has become deeply rooted in our corporate culture. This culture is what drives the Group’s ability to maximize its human capital.

As a result, we have achieved our goal of hiring human resources who have the skills the Group requires and who resonate with our mission, successfully recruiting and retaining individuals who sympathize with our philosophy.

Internship Selection Rate

90.3%

Among students graduating in 2027, more than 90% of those who participated in our summer internship programs expressed interest in advancing to the selection stage, an exceptionally high rate.

Retention Rate Within Three Years of Joining

81.0%

The average three-year retention rate for graduates who joined the Group between 2021 and 2023 far exceeds the national average of 65.1%* for new graduates.

Applicant engagement diagnostic

In 2024, as in the previous year, all applicants of Group companies continued to show high levels of expectation and satisfaction with their prospective employer’s philosophy and strategies (a shared strength across the Group).
