KGI

The Link and Motivation Group management utilizes human capital ROI and gross profit per employee as key goal indicators (KGIs) that link its business strategy and organizational strategy.

Results

Human capital ROI, calculated in accordance with ISO 30414, has demonstrated steady upward growth, reaching a high level of over 50%. Gross profit per employee has also steadily increased, and we expect further improvements in productivity going forward.
