Incentive System:
Encouraging Long-Term Shareholding with a 10% Incentive

We have introduced an incentive system in which the Company adds a uniform 10% incentive when employees purchase Company shares. This system promotes long-term shareholding and creates a cycle in which both the Company and employees prosper together.

Internal Briefings on Financial Results:
Deepening Understanding Through Dialogue

Following the announcement of financial results, we hold internal briefings to foster a sense of ownership and deepen employees’ understanding of management. These sessions also include Q&A opportunities with executives, promoting two-way communication.

Dinner for Major Contributors:
Sharing Perspectives with Management

Employees who contribute above a certain monthly threshold are invited to a dinner with executives. This provides an opportunity to discuss the future of the Group and engage in cross-generational dialogue.

Financial Literacy Seminars:
Supporting Personal Wealth Management

To enhance employees’ financial literacy, we host seminars led by external experts, helping employees develop knowledge and confidence in managing their personal finances.
