We have designed work styles that leverage the strengths of both telework and office work. Employees work in the office once or twice a week and remotely three to four days a week. By setting organization-specific office days, communication is easier to plan, and the environment facilitates employee productivity, whatever their work style.

Flextime System:
Allowing Employees to Set Their Own Work Hours

Based on a monthly total working hours system, employees can choose their own start and end times within designated core hours (time they are required to work). Many employees tailor their schedules to suit their personal circumstances.

Leave System:
Offering a Variety of Options for Life Events

In addition to legally mandated leave, we offer various types of leave to accommodate major life events, such as weddings, childbirth, bereavement and personal refreshment.

■ Pit-In Leave
Employees receive three consecutive days off at the end of each quarter. This system reflects our unique perspective of time in which “three months everywhere else is one year at the Link and Motivation Group.”

■ Overhaul Leave
Granted every three years of continuous service, with additional “Refine Bonus” payments provided depending on the company’s internal rules.

Side Job / Concurrent Job System:
Available as a Growth Opportunity for an i-Company

To ensure growth opportunities for an i-Company, employees may engage in side or concurrent jobs with prior application to their company and approval from the Group Management Committee.

Expressing Gratitude to Those Who Support Our Employees

To show appreciation for the families who support our employees every day, every year Group Representative Mr. Ozasa dresses as Santa Claus during the Christmas season and personally sends age-and gender-appropriate gifts to the children of employees aged 0-9.
