Approach
Development of the stance expected at each level enhances the effectiveness of business strategies
With regard to the ability of individuals to produce desired results, we have systematized the requirements necessary into a Human Resource Requirements Framework and provide numerous development opportunities—primarily through various training programs that utilize Link and Motivation’s services.
In enhancing human resource capabilities, we place particular emphasis on training “stance,” a quality that is difficult to acquire through experience alone but has a significant impact on the growth of other skills.

KPI
Human resource capabilities show the degree of alignment between the abilities required by the organization and the abilities possessed by the individual in it. We evaluate the degree to which employees fulfill the roles expected at each level and calculate the consistency between applicable expectations and satisfaction as a score. We use the resulting Role Survey Rating, divided into 11 levels, as a KPI and reflect the results in management decisions.

Initiatives
Through Motivation Cloud Role Development, we assess performance in meeting individual role expectations using multi-faceted evaluations to identify areas for improvement. We then design individual growth (transformation) plans and continuously apply a cycle of strengthening human resource capabilities.
Results
Our Role Survey Rating, which indicates our human resource capabilities, remains at a high level, with approximately 84% of all employees and approximately 93% of managers ranking higher than “B,” the national average.
