Disseminating our guidelines and history:
Implementing Ongoing Measures to Deepen Understanding

The DNA Book, which explains our unique philosophy, fundamental values, guiding principles, and more, and the History Book, which chronicles the Group’s history to date, are distributed to all employees. We implement various measures, including tests and report writing, to reinforce the information in these books.

Annual Theme:
Presenting a Common Vision for the Group

▼ Group theme for 2025

Once a year, we set a theme that expresses the Group’s direction for that year and the elements we want to focus on. We share this theme at the Group General Meeting, in company newsletters and through other means, and design communication so that employees can keep it in mind throughout the year.

Internal Rules:
The Group’s Internal Rules Are Issued as the Six Codes of LM

The Six Codes of LM are issued with the aim of reducing risk and setting common standards for making decisions and conduct. They consist of codes in the six areas of human resource management, accounting management, risk management, workstyle management, communication management, and entry management.

Company Badge:
Given Out to All Employees as a Symbol of Our Philosophy

The badge is distributed to all Group employees as proof that they are a member of the Group. It shows our logo, which reflects the “One for All, All for One” idea that we cherish, and symbolizes our philosophy in a physical form. The badge is worn in formal settings, such as when meeting with customers.

Office Concept:
“Port,” Which Supports the Journey Toward Achievement of Our Mission

We think of the journey toward achievement of our Mission as “Sailing,” and our office is positioned as the “Port” that supports that journey. The office design is based on that worldview, with meeting rooms designed as “adventure ships” and exhibition spaces as guides for the voyage.
