The Group General Meeting is held once every three months to ensure that all employees share a common understanding of the Group’s current situation and future policies. The meetings include a review of business performance, MVP awards, and sharing of policies by senior management. The attendance rate exceeds 90% every time.
Once every three months, a conversational-style video newsletter featuring the thoughts and ideas of senior managers is sent out on the Company intranet. The video is an opportunity to get to know the thoughts and character of senior managers, with guests from outside the Group also sometimes making an appearance. It is well-received as a message from management, and consistently has a view rate of more than 90%.
Released once every three months on the company intranet, this is a general medium that covers Group topics that management wants to convey. It presents information on businesses and organizations from various angles. The newsletter includes various features designed for specific objectives, including in-depth articles on the Group’s internal initiatives, and employee participation projects such as a grand senryu poetry contest.
Numerical data of individuals and organizations, and target achievers, are distributed by email every day. In addition to targets and results, detailed data including forecasts is shared, enabling everyone to keep up with the latest information.
When a Group company or a person working in the Group is covered by major outside media, all employees are promptly notified by email so they are among the first to know.
End-of-Quarter and Kickoff Meetings in Each Organization:

Each organization regularly conducts end-of-quarter and kickoff meetings and other events. The details and format of these meetings vary by organization, but they include sharing of business performance and the organization’s status, awards, and various other content. They are an opportunity for members to grasp the current state and future direction of each organization, and increase their sense of ownership.

The frequency and method vary by organization, but a message is sent out regularly to members from the top management of each organization. Sending out messages tailored to the situation of each organization, as well as messages from the Group’s senior management, helps unify direction at the organizational level and creates a sense of belonging.
