We provide various awards and commendations to cultivate the skills the Group requires and increase sympathy with our philosophy. Employees are evaluated not only on performance but also factors such as their degree of growth and change, and their influence on others. The certificates of commendation and the speeches of award winners are also learning opportunities for employees who did not win awards.

Awards for Individuals:
Showcasing the Exceptional Performance and Growth of Individuals

We honor individuals who achieve outstanding results and growth. Award categories cover a wide range, as outlined below, and there are opportunities to win awards regardless of job type and level.
・Member-class employees
・Manager-class employees
・First- to third-year employees
・Employees engaged in new graduate recruiting work
・Administrators (unique positions in charge of increasing organizational engagement, human resource capabilities and productivity)

Project Awards:
Showcasing Projects That Demonstrate Exceptional Value for Customers

This award is open to all projects in the Group. It is given to projects that demonstrated exceptional value for customers. There are two types—awards given once every three months and awards given once a year. For the latter, projects that set the highest standards throughout the year are selected.

Organizational Awards:
Showcasing the Highest-Performing Departments During the Year

This award is given once a year to deserving departments in the Group. From all departments, organizations with award-winning potential are nominated, and the award is given to the departments that delivered the best results in the Group during that year.
