Link and Motivation invests in venture companies that are aiming to go public.
In addition to providing funding, we also support the companies’ growth by offering our expertise in organizational and human resource consulting, as well as the experience and insight we have gained through our own growth.

Policy

Link and Motivation launched its venture incubation business in 2013.
The motivation behind this was seeing business owners who, despite the difficult conditions following the 2008 global financial crisis, were determined to bounce back and take on new challenges.
Based on our commitment to helping business owners in their moments of greatest need, we added investment as another form of support.

Two Selection Criteria

Unlike typical funds, we use our own capital to invest, and therefore do not require short-term returns.
We select investments based on two criteria: sympathy with our own aims and growth potential.

Priority Investment Targets

We invest in companies regardless of their funding stage or industry.
Although there are no limitations on investment targets, we have designated three priority investment areas: AI, deep tech and social tech.
